SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

1. BASIC INFORMATION

We deliver throughout the Czech Republic and to selected European countries. We always strive for fast and safe delivery so that the goods arrive in good condition and without unnecessary delays.

The current shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and is always confirmed in the cart before completing the order.

2. TRANSPORT IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

Below are the standard shipping options:

  1. Mail order company – by card / transfer – delivery to the address
    99 CZK / approximately 3–7 days

  2. Mail order office – by card / transfer – pick-up point
    69 CZK / approximately within 2 days

  3. Mail order company – cash on delivery – delivery to the address
    112 CZK / approximately 3–7 days

  4. Mail order office – cash on delivery – delivery point
    88 CZK / approximately within 2 days

Comment:

  1. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on carrier workload, season and operating circumstances.

  2. The shipping price may increase depending on the weight or dimensions of the shipment, but you will always see the final price in the cart before confirming the order.

For payments by card and bank transfer, we ship the goods after receiving the payment. This does not apply to payments by cash on delivery.


3. TRANSPORTATION IN EUROPE

Delivery to selected European countries is possible depending on the availability of transport services. Specific availability depends on the destination country and is always displayed in the cart before completing the order.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

4.1 Cash on delivery

Payment by cash on delivery is made upon receipt of the shipment from the carrier.

We charge a cash on delivery fee of CZK 29. Cash on delivery is available for selected shipping methods (typically Zásilkovna).

4.2 Bank transfer

When paying by bank transfer, we only send the goods after the amount has been credited to our account.

4.3 Card payment / online payment buttons

Card payments and online payment methods are processed through the Viva Wallet payment gateway.

We usually ship goods within 1-3 business days.
