RETURN OF GOODS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

(for consumers)

1. WHO CAN RETURN THE GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS

1.1 The Consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.

1.2 For purchases by Entrepreneurs, the 14-day right does not apply, unless otherwise provided by law or agreed individually.

2. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

2.1 The 14-day period runs from the date of receipt of the Goods.

2.2 If the order is divided into multiple shipments, the deadline starts from the receipt of the last part.

3. HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

3.1 Send a clear notice of withdrawal to info@blak.cz and state:

1) order number,

2) name and contact,

3) information that you are withdrawing from the contract.

3.2 After notifying the withdrawal, you shall return the Goods without undue delay.

4. WHERE TO SEND THE GOODS

Send the goods to the return address:

Slunečná 673, 251 63 Strančice

Please include your order number and contact information in the shipment.

5. IN WHAT CONDITION MUST THE GOODS BE?

5.1 The goods may only be tested to the extent necessary to become familiar with their nature and functionality.

5.2 Please return the goods as complete, clean and undamaged as possible. If the goods are returned visibly used/damaged, a reasonable compensation for the reduction in value may be charged.

5.3 For fragile goods, the shipment must be packaged in such a way that it is not damaged during transport.

6. WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING?

6.1 The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

7. WHEN AND HOW WE REFUND THE MONEY

7.1 The Seller will refund payments no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

7.2 The Seller may withhold payment until it receives the returned goods or proof of shipment.

7.3 Money is returned in the same way as the payment was made, unless we agree otherwise.

8. EXCEPTIONS WHEN WITHDRAWAL IS NOT POSSIBLE

8.1 Withdrawal is not possible for goods pursuant to Section 1837 of the Civil Code (especially custom-made products, hygiene - broken sealed packaging, etc.).
